In manage configurations --> config report showing an individual user's configuration, such as csv column layout, can cloud the layout of the screen.

I propose either adding a filter for users at the top where the default is "all users", as i would imagine that would be the general case.

I would also recommend how "value" is display be changed as configurations with long lists in the value field can make this screen a little bit more difficult to read. Maybe something like an expand button.
