Summary | 0016648: No indication of project when 0 or 1 projects available
Description | When there is 0 or 1 project created and available there is no project dropdown list in the right hand corner. And this is very confusing since nowhere else does it tell you what project you are opening an issue against. When there is only 1 project at least there should be something (not dropdown) that tells you the name of the project up in the right hand corner.

I would argue that when there is only one project, then by definition the user does not need to know (or care) against which project they would be reporting issue... |
|
This is non-intuitive. Every other bug-tracker out there shows the user some indication of which project the bug is being posted against. |
