Summary0019749: Password is ignored when retrying install
Description

When an initial install didn't succeed and is being retried, the database user password entered into the web form is ignored. Instead, the password stored in config_inc.php is used.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Install a new mantis with correct administrator username/password and a database user with an incorrect password.
  2. After receiving "Database user doesn't have access to the database" error, click Retry.
  3. Enter correct password for database user.
  4. Click install/upgrade.

Result:
Installation fails because "Database user doesn't have access to the database" error continues.

Additional Information

After entering the correct database user password in config_inc.php, I was able to successfully complete the installation.
