There is no relation in the way you mean.

The problem is that some elements are showed as links, while the page should be text only for a print situation?

Notice that also a link to other issues is also hyperlinked

Also, the substitution of # numbers (and comments) in summary texts for bug links is broken on print page

Here is my attempt to summarize what needs to be fixed:

• We don't need hyperlinks to issues or usernames.
• We don't need the X delete icon for tags.
• We should ideally still strikethrough resolve issue #.
• We should still format bug ids and note ids to do the proper prepending with 0s.
• In @cproensa screenshot, we should not expand # and ~ tags in text form. We should just normalize them as pre the previous point.

Does that make sense?

There is no print_bug_page.php anymore since 2.x
But it would be nice to re-introduce this because printing a page without this means I have to go through reports and click my issue and then print.
That is a hassle of 3 to 5 clicks instead of the 1 click we used to have in 1.3
