Summary | 0021909: default.css should not include application styles
Description | As a change from v1.3, where all css styles where contained in "default.css", in v2 the styles come from the templating css files. The remaining styles now in default.css should be moved to a core css file (new, on an existent one), and keep "default.css" as a place for the user to override styles as need. This will mean that the application does not rely in "default.css" or any file that is included by $g_css_include_file. This included file can be used to override styles, instead of changing existing ones.
