Summary0022105: Update jQuery-UI plugin for 2.x compatibility
Description

As mentioned in https://github.com/mantisbt/mantisbt/pull/982#issuecomment-269789301

Following removal of jQueryUI from MantisBT core (see 0021881), the jQuery plugin [1] must be updated and tested to make sure it is compatible with Mantis 2.x branch, to offer a fall-back for users who rely on the removed functionality.
