Hi atrol, yes sorry, here some information:

• upgrade started version : 1.2.18 to 2.0
• php version : 5.4.37
• config_inc.php includes some customisations as ldap and custom status, that's it
• plugins used are : mantis graph & mantis formatting
• source code has just been retrieve from mantis website and no changes have been made

no error from check.php or during the upgrade
old issues are accessible, juste new issues take ID 0000000 with no href link

I am especially missing the information about the database you use.

I'm using MySQL v5.5.41
OS : Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.6 (Santiago)
Apache/2.2.15

Sounds like a problem with your database, the mantis table id fields should be auto-increment, so having them set to 0 is theoretically not possible .
Does this also occur with a new install ? If not, can you compare the DB structure between your upgraded DB and the freshly created one ?

I dropped the database, re import the dump from prod
All step are green during the install like the previous install but all is working fine !!
I do not explain it, but it is working
