Since you didn't provide your actual configuration, did you ensure that the name exactly matches (case sensitivity !)
Can you be more specific, as to what "earlier version" you are referring to ? 1.3.5 ? 1.2.x ? |
|
Earlier version is 1.3.0, I have taken care about the string [Case Sensitive as well] |

To recreate the issue I did install both the versions of Mantis, i.e. Verision 1.3.0 and Version 1.3.6 both having the same issue. ISSUE WITH FOLLOWING ENVIRONMENTAL SETUP XAMPP for Windows 5.6.30 Working fine with Apache/2.2.17 (Win32) mod_ssl/2.2.17 OpenSSL/0.9.8o PHP/5.3.4 mod_perl/2.0.4 Perl/v5.10.1 Only difference is with XAMP version in both the cases, |

As as side note, you are using a manual of an older MantisBT version. You should use the manual that comes with your MantisBT download (check folder doc/en-US/Admin_Guide) or use the one with latest corrections for 1.3 from http://www.mantisbt.org/docs/master-1.3.x/en-US/Admin_Guide/html-desktop/ I am confused since you wrote in 0022487:0055953
but you wrote in description
and later in 0022487:0055950
In case the issue is reproducible in 1.3.0 and 1.3.6 on one environment (using PHP 5.6.30) but not reproducible in 1.3.0 and 1.3.6 (using PHP 5.3.4): |
