drp, Check page Manage > Manage Configuration > Workflow Thresholds, especially row "Handle an issue". This is not a bug or feature request for MantisBT (you are asking for help on how to configure the system). I am therefore resolving this issue as "no change required". Please use the forums to get support on customizing and using MantisBT (refer to http://www.mantisbt.org/support.php for links and further details). BTW, you should not use 1.3.0 as there are major security issues in it. |

Hi Atrol, |

So if I understand your requirement properly, you need
If so, please note that this implies a concept of teams, which does not exist in MantisBT as of today, and there are no current plans to implement this. You may be able to achieve this through a plugin, but I'm not sure it's really feasible due to the tight integration with Mantis core and workflow. As a workaround, you may consider using subprojects, but that would not give you exactly what you want. Last possibility is a custom development, at your own risk. I'm afraid there is not much more that we can do to help you here. |
