At the moment the ordering of the buttons is

  • Jump To Notes
  • Send a reminder
  • Plugin buttons
  • Issue History

This should be changed to

  • Send a Reminder
  • Plugin buttons
  • Jump To Notes
  • Jump To History (if history is visible) or Display History (if $g_history_default_visible = OFF;)
