ODVS, this seems not to be a bug or feature request for MantisBT (you are asking for help on how to work with the system). I am therefore resolving this issue as "no change required". Furthermore it was reported against an old version of MantisBT which is no longer supported. We recommend that you upgrade to the latest stable version [1]; if after doing so the problem still exists, do not hesitate to reopen the issue. If it is an error was well functional when I do the search for incidents does not work exactly in the field the (HIDE WITH STATUS) by default there is a reading that says closed (AND higher) which does not let the incidents closed but if we deploy in The menu of this item and we put none and we run the filter nothing happens and returns to be by defauld closed and superior here in this site this same filter if you do it works well my version of mantis is 1.2.4 helps the truth for us It is of high importance to solve this problem I have looked at everything to mantis and I fail to see why it fails also if I run the search filter with user administrator works correctly could be some permission where I can see and try to place a route to see the Log in the configuration file but the site crashes and stops working, Thank you for giving me your answer and your help |

ODVS, it seems you did not understand what I wrote at 0023244:0057501. This is not the right place to report issues for outdated MantisBT versions that are no longer supported, Please reopen this issue just if you are able to provide step by step instructions how to reproduce the issue using latest supported version.
