SYSTEM NOTICE: 'A non well formed numeric value encountered' in 'C:\wamp\www\mantis-new\core\columns_api.php' line 1467

This is the issue that is being shown in the Bug View page of my new Mantis Page after migration. Can you please help me to locate and fix the problem as soon as possible.
The Updated field shows a default date as '1970-01-01'.

Dear atrol,

First I have installed the fresh latest version of Mantis in my local system and then I started mapping the old table data with the new ones. No other file customisations are done from my side.
Config files are changed, according to our configuration.

I don't know what you are doing when mapping the old table data with the new ones, but this is not a supported way to upgrade MantsBT.

You have to follow the steps in Admin Guide
