Description

Hello,

Emails corresponding to issues for a project on which "Product Versions" have been enabled only show a "Fixed in Version" field and no "Product Version" field. How do we ensure that the "Product Version" field and value is shown in emails for relevant projects and that "Fixed in Version" is not?

Hi @atrol,

Thanks for the pointing out the related issues.

Just to confirm, it's expected then that only "Fixed in Version" will appear in emails, and "Product Version" and "Target Version" will not? Furthermore, will need to monitor the issues speaking to customize email content when considering how to ultimately ensure that "Product Version" is enumerated in emails, correct?

Again, just looking to confirm my understanding of the current circumstances.

I would expect that target version is part of the email if the field is set to a value and the user who's getting the email is allowed to see the version (roadmap_view_threshold)

Fixed in version is part of the email if status of the issue is resolved or closed.

Product version is never part of the email at the moment.
