Summary	0004257: When reporting issue you are not enocouraged to first try to find duplicate
Description	When you report a issue there is no information about the fact that you should search for a duplicate before posting. In bugzilla, for example, you come to a page with the most posts with most duplicated listed (in the chosen catogory) and also the opinion to search for the issue. Mantis need something similar to this, so that the database won't get full of duplicates.

bpfennig 2004-08-30 11:10 reporter ~0007306	Yes, there should be a search for issues containing some keywords of the newly entered issue. So bevor the new issue is added to the database the user could click through the list of possible duplicates and decide whether or not to add this issue.
