Description

The attached files section can grow to be fairly large (especially with the preview functionality enabled).

Would like this field to have the collapse/expand functionality as seen elsewhere in Mantis.

In 1.3.x attachment previews are collapsed by default. In 2.0, I would like to see attachments interleaved with issue notes based on time stamp and hence I would like to resolve this as won't fix. This will optimize for much easier consumption of the conversation happening around the issue.

Also once we implement markdown support then we may even have attachments within description and notes.
