Summary	0005177: Tool-tip feature for mouseover text to be displayed on fields
Description	Fields (especially custom fields) could use an additional characteristic of text, that would be included (when present), on forms using the javascript onMouseOver call.
Additional Information	I was thing this was already available, but cannot find references to it.
