Mantis automatically detects URLs based on Syntax and turns them into hyperlinks. There are two things that I believe could be improved with that.

1. Why are there always two links? The actual URL and the [^]-thing. Wouldn't a single link suffice?

2. I would love to see a way to avoid the actual URL being displayed in line with the text. Someone else suggested detecting WiKi syntax for that. Something along these lines would be great, IMHO.

In my SVN post-commit script I add a note to Mantis, including a link to WebSVN to display the version the issue was fixed in. Now we all know that these URLs are kind of unwieldy, so I'd rather be able to enter something like [[<version-number>][<WebSVN-URL>]]
