Summary	0006820: 0003673: when moving a bug from project to project with a sub project present
Description	1) When I move a bug from project to project with a sub project present- then the sub project of the old project remains- and this is wrong (look at 3667) 2) AmitG complained that when Stas moved the bug to GUI component- then he didn't get any email about it (bug 3667). So this is probably worth checking.
