Summary0007273: Print main_menu_custom_options.
Description

Maybe we didn't know making a better solution, but we didn't see the correct links in fuction of profile. So, we edited:
html_api.php->prepare_custom_menu_options->foreach:if as:
if ( access_has_global_level( $t_access_level )||(access_get_project_level())==$t_access_level ) {

Now we don't need to have global level control(90) to print custom menu options for developers(55).
