Summary	0008673: Keep currently used Filter when changing Project
Description	in 'view_all_bug_page': The currently used Filter is alway reset when you switch to a different project. It automatically changes to 'filter all closed'
Additional Information	This is very inconvenient for us since we have a lot of projects which we often switch. Normally you are not interested in the resolved issues. Hence, after switching the project we always have to select the filter which supresses the resolved issues.
