Summary0009246: Status-based roadmap progress
Description

I'm running a customized instance of MantisBT. It has many status defined in config_inc.php related to analize, resolve and test a bug.
When some user see the roadmap, (s)he only can see a progress when a bug is in a status >= $g_bug_resolved_status_threshold.
So i make some changes to get a more "smooth" roadmap progress. See attached file for patches to v1.2.0a1.
