No, I have not changed the project (besides, I think it's improper that changing project has effect on PERMAlink).

I'll add screenshots if needed, but it seems to me that I can narrow the scope verbally. The problem happens when I work with project that has subprojects. So, original filter gives me issues from subprojects and the project itself (and it's proper behavior). Permalink gives me only the issues from the project, not from its subprojects (and it's wrong behavior).
