Is it possible to paginate or at least hide the project versions? When a project have many versions the manage_proj_edit_page.php page is too long and it's difficult to add and mantain the versions (scroll up, scroll down, ...)

APPLICATION ERROR #1100 Issue 4259 not found

I don't really have many issues, most 400.

What can I do?

I installed the Mantis 1.3 Beta. I've configured the LDAP integration, and it's working (tested with a test user). But now I need to create some users without sending them emails. They don't have to put a new password, they will use the LDAP password. Is it possible?
