How to strikethrough text in mantis comments?

Trying to figure out how to strikethrough text

There is a setting

$g_html_valid_tags		= 'p, li, ul, ol, br, pre, i, b, u, em, strong';

You could add strike (no longer supported in modern HTML5) and/or del to the tags.
After that you can enter text like <del>Strikethrough</del>
