Black graphs on Mantis 1.3 ?
Hi. I'm always getting black graphs with Mantis 1.3 new installation: http://i.imgur.com/JaxGaOg.png
I know 1.3 is in Beta stage but I think it could be a bad configuration or server issue. Any idea?

Re: Black graphs on Mantis 1.3 ?
The same with Mantis 1.3 RC1
Re: Black graphs on Mantis 1.3 ?
I was not able to reproduce the problem.
You should provide detailed step-by-step instructions to reproduce the issue; the following additional information may also be useful:
- Exact version of MantisBT, PHP, Database, Web server, Browser and Operating System
- Relevant customizations (e.g. changes in config_inc.php, etc)
- Installed plugins or custom functions ?
- Was the MantisBT source code modified in any way ?

Re: Black graphs on Mantis 1.3 ?
I reinstalled from 0:
- MantisBT version: 1.3 RC1
- Installation configuration: https://i.imgur.com/aSMCQaN.png
- I go to /manage_plugin_page.php and activate the Graphics plugin 1.3
- I go to /plugin.php?page=MantisGraph/summary_jpgraph_page and the graphs are all black: https://i.imgur.com/8PKFBnf.png (tried creating some test project and issues)
- Tried isolating plugin response, black image: plugin.php?page=MantisGraph/summary_graph_cumulative_bydate.php&width=375
Version information:
- Ubuntu Linux 14.04.2 (Linux 3.13.0-55-generic on x86_64)

Re: Black graphs on Mantis 1.3 ?
I all get black graphs on fresh installation of MantisBT 1.3
however in version 1.2.19 I have no issue with this.
I can provide any information you need please post it here so I can help track down this bug.

Re: Black graphs on Mantis 1.3 ?
just input some Reports (BUG's) and the graphs will be generated well
Re: Black graphs on Mantis 1.3 ?
I've more than 500 issues opened and the graphs remain black
Re: Black graphs on Mantis 1.3 ?
in may case I just installed 1.3 then activated Graph plugin then indeed I see black squares.
What I do ?
Uninstall > Reinstall Graph PlugIn > Add one Report (bug) - you will delete this one !
then go back to graphs....and in my case it's just work and there is no black squares.

Re: Black graphs on Mantis 1.3 ?
I haven't installed the msttcorefonts package, but installing it doesn't solved the problem
I tried with mantis 2.0 Beta 2 and I can't see the graphics, neither the black image:

Re: Black graphs on Mantis 1.3 ?
Mantis 2.0 Beta 2 is another story as there is a complete rewrite of graphs based on other technology than older versions.
The fonts on server are no longer needed, but there is a known bug in 2.0 Beta 2 https://www.mantisbt.org/bugs/view.php?id=21653
Back to version 1.3
Did you check your web server logs for errors or warnings?
Did you run admin/check/index.php?
What do you get when right clicking on the black graph and choose to open the link in a new tab?

Re: Black graphs on Mantis 1.3 ?
Same problem here as described above.
I upgraded 1.2.19 to 1.3.1
admin/check/index.php only give some warnings ( not related to graphs )
No errors in webserver logs
Installed msttcorefonts
Right-click open link in new tab: same black square!
Error shown when inspection of element:
Refused to apply inline style because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "style-src 'self'". Either the 'unsafe-inline' keyword, a hash ('sha256-LsF8TRjV1lL0D8HSw6Ckeqaag959+kQJGQbyrsuQtkg='), or a nonce ('nonce-...') is required to enable inline execution.
