Upgrade mantis error - mantis config table

Hi,

I want to UPGRADE my old mantis from version 1.0.8 to 1.3.2. I have copied config_inc.php to new dir/config folder.
Preinstallation check 'Config File Exists but Database does not' show 'Possible Problem Bad config_inc.php?'

I click Install/Upgrade Database and got the following error:
BAD
Create Table mantis_config_table (config_id VARCHAR(64) NOT NULL, project_id.........
Table 'mantis_config_table' already exists

Please help.
