Error on login

[WX4JCW]

I have 2.0 RC1 installed, 90% of the time the tracker works fine no issues
suddenly on my machine chrome wants to download the my_view_page.php and a few others instead of running the page

if i log in with firefox this appears

if i reload the page it works fine and redirects fine

using MYSQL 5.5 and PHP 7

im still a beginner but my forums work fine with no issues, it seems related to MantisBT, any help appreciated
