I installed Mantis Bug Tracker 2.0.0. Where can I set up smtp etc?

How can I know? Maybe you entered a wrong server, maybe there is a network issue, maybe there is a firewall preventing the connect, maybe there is a spam filter, maybe ...

As a first step you can run admin/check/index.php and check for errors or warnings related to email.
