Does CSV Import Plugin work on V2.4?

We have moved to a new server and installed the latest mantis hoping to do a csv export from our old mantis and import into the new as the easiest way to get the (most) of the data across (we don't have heaps of issues logged yet as new project but would still be a pain to have to do it all manually). The plugin page says the modern-ui is for 2.X but my dev says that only the UI is updated - everything else is still built for 1.3. He was able to install it but when I click on the tab in mantis>manage the page loads blank with this url- mydomain.com.au/plugin.php?page=Csv_import/import_issues_page_init

My dev hasn't used mantis before - does anyone know if the csv import work on the latest version of mantis? Perhaps we have done something wrong on the install of the plugin.

You have to use branch modern-ui if you want to use the plugin with MantisBT 2.x.x.

I have upgraded to Mantis 2.4: the csv-import plugins shows outdated dependencies MantisBT Core 1.3.0 (See screenshot). What am i missing?

You are still using the old version of the plugin.
You have to replace it by the mentioned newer one from branch modern-ui.
