Time Tracking Reports only for Project Managers

Hello,

I'm using Mantis Version 2.4.0
My Settings:

# Turn on Time Tracking accounting
$g_time_tracking_enabled = ON;

in config_inc.php.

Configuration Option for only one specific projekt:

# access level required to view time tracking information
time_tracking_view_threshold int 55

# access level required to add/edit time tracking information
time_tracking_edit_threshold int 55

# access level required to run reports
time_tracking_reporting_threshold int 70

I now have the following problem:

Since this configuration is only set for one project I cannot report the time_tracking as Manager. I found out it is only possible to do the report, if the same user is also set as Manager globally.
For me it would be nice, if the access is checked for every project not only for the global access.
Is there any possibility to display the time tracking as a project manager only?
