Change handler_id

Hi

I would like to assign all the incidents that user A has to user B. Would anyone know how to do it in a single step from the interface? I coudn´t use a sql statement

Use "View Issues" page for it. Filter by the current handler.
There is a drop down with different actions at the bottom of the page. Choose "Assign" from the list.
Enable the check box left beside the list to select all filtered issues.

Thank you. In "View Issues" i don´t have tihs drop down.
my versio is 1.2.19. maybe in another versión...which version do you use?

The mentioned functionality does also exist in old version 1.2.19.
Maybe you don't look at the right place at the page (left bottom) or you don't have the appropriate access rights or you don't use an original version 1.2.19 and someone changed source code.

Thank you for your help. We had disabled this field. When we show it it works perfectly
