Costumize Notification Mail

How can i minimize the notes on the Notification Mail. I want to be shown only the last note ( without history or without extra fields)

On the Mantis Manual i read:

"Email Notes Limit: This preference can be used to limit the number of issue notes to
view or to be included in an email notifications. Specifying N here means that the latest
N notes will be included. The value 0 causes all notes to be included."

How many lines or word " N here " means ? / How many lines is calculated ?

It's the number of issue notes, not the number of lines.
BTW, you can change this setting also on page "My Account" > "Preferences"
