I always get an Appliction Error #2800.

I tried different browsers, different computers.

Cleared cookies, history etc.

There are a few things I want to enter in the MantisBT bugtracker.

Main issue I have is in the Wiki integration ( DokuWiki ). After upgrading 1.2.20 -> 2.5.1 I get all kinds of CSP errors from doku.php ( seen in Chrome inspector )
I am not sure which headers I need to enter where to get rid of those messages

I am not able to reproduce.
Maybe you use a proxy for access or you installed browser plugins?
Which operating system and which browser did you try?
