The feature of sending reminders automatically to the assignee (and/or maybe the managers of the project) if there was no activity on a bug or if the bug is not closed/resolved for an extended time is something I would also like to see in Mantis.
Does anybody know, if there is work being done on that? Or if it is already possible and I just didnt find it? |

| I too am interested in this, as a daily report. Maybe just as simple to schedule an AT job to execute a script against the DB. |

Hi there,
I would like to echo the above posts - it would be EXTREMELY useful if there was an option to send automatic reminders after a set period of inactivity.
For example: reminders every few days on bugs that haven't been updated in over 2 weeks. |

| We are attempting to migrate to Mantis from our current bug tracking system, and one feature that we have is that we can 'pause' bugs so that they disappear from our radar until a set date - I can almost recreate this functionality using custom fields and filters, but would like a reminder to be sent out on that date, so again, I'm echoing the above comments! |
