I assume you mean View Issues button on the side bar.

Hiding this button does not make that much sense, as there are links to this page from other pages, e.g there are View Issues buttons on the My View page.

The problem that arises in the organization, is that we have a collaborative work of the reporters.
Reporters do not just create problems. they can also be assigned to solve by the MANAGER.
You also do not want them to see all the reported issues of all the reporters.
Reporters should see only the issues (in view_all_bug_page.php):
_issues Who reported
_Issues that monitor
_Issues What are they assigned

If I set $ g_limit_reporters = ON

By assigning another reporter who is not the one reporting, you can not see the issue.
