Description

I have converted the time_trackingf module from GAMBITT into a plugin for version 1.2.0 and above.
This way there is no need to make adjustments to core anymore.
If others are using the same plugin and made enhancements, I am willing to incorporate those.
I made minor changes to the reporting section and added a menu option where a developer can see his own time.

Additional Information

The standard Mantis option does not (yet) allow for adding time for multiple days. In addition conversion is not that easy.
