Summary0011704: Show confimation dialog instead of confimation page when JavaScript is on
Description

Now, when confirmation is needed from a user (e.g. deleting an attachment), a new page with confirmation message is shown.
It would be nice if insted of new page just confirmation dialog (using javascript:confirm(...)) was used (in case JavaScript is enabled in configuration). It would be more intuitive and faster for users.
