Summary	0021620: custom field definition page should validate default value.
Description	if create a custon field, eg: string where the default value does not meet the validation rules, it may cause problems and not be able to report an issue when the field is marked as required on report, but not displayed on report. manage_custom_field_edit_page should validate the provided default value to current rules.
