Summary	0022860: Not showing all bugs when All Projects selected in View all bug page / My View page
Description	View all bug page & My view page do not show all bugs when selected project is ALL PROJECTS. On the view all bug page, if the filter is set up to show bugs with option "Hide Status"=CLOSED, only those bugs are shown which have default statuses, i.e. one from the following list (10:new,20:feedback,30:acknowledged,40:confirmed,50:assigned,80:resolved'). Bugs with custom statuses defined are not shown, e.g. bug has a status "58:development". If filter option "Hide Status"=NONE is chosen, bugs with custom defined statuses are shown. In My View page, when selected project is ALL PROJECTS, only bugs from the default status lists are shown, i.e. one from the following list (10:new,20:feedback,30:acknowledged,40:confirmed,50:assigned,80:resolved,90:closed').
Additional Information	All custom statuses are created following guidelines from Admin documentation. All custom statuses have ID less then 90, which is an ID of status closed. Existing default list of statuses wasn't changed.
