As per the following MantisBT issue:
there are no built-in or presently-maintained plug-in options for the tracking of KPIs, time spent, etc. outside of the View Issues filters/data export, the Summary page, activity-based time-tracking, and the MantisStats/Graphs plugins). First, please note if there are indeed features/utilities beyond what I've noted. Are there addition means of tracking issue resolution, average time to resolve, etc. for categories and individual users?
With respect to the currently-available options, I have some questions about capabilities. First, with respect to the Summary page, can the average time for resolved issues be made to be category-specific? Same question for handlers on a given project. Can the summary page be configured to provide more information or added granularity?
