Description	what about having the possibility to add initial name before automatically ticket ID based on the project the configured project ex: Accounting Project ==> initial name (ACC) == > ACC-001 Marketing Project ==> initial name (MAR) == > MAR-002 IT Project ==> initial name (IT) == > IT-003 Configuration having check box for initial name once is ticked its open a text box to write the initial name
