Summary	0025389: relation between resolution and status
Description	i have 2 issue regrading relation between resolution and status: 1- while trying to change the customized status to another , Resolution filed appear and set to fixed and another field appear [Duplicate ID] as shown in [Resolution.JPG] , so 1- why its not appear in all status ? 2- what is the [Duplicate ID] field? 3- how to manage the resolution field with status to be open in all time and in case of resolve which is [close] to be able to choose if fixed or not Status where an issue is considered resolved = closed Resolution to which a reopened issue is set = reopened
