Mantris version- 1.2.19
Hi, we are not able to use Mantis due to - Reset password emails not received for existing as well as new users
My admin id is vaishali and email is vaishali.martires@audetemi.com
Please help.

Mantris version- 1.2.19

We are resolving this issue as "no change required", because it was reported against an old version of MantisBT which is no longer supported.
We recommend that you upgrade to the latest stable version [1]; if after doing so the problem still exists, do not hesitate to reopen the issue.

Furthermore, this is not a bug or feature request for MantisBT (you are asking for help on how to deal with problems when trying to send email ).
