Summary0025699: Date Order on manage projects page switchs format after editing
Description

Date Order on manage projects page switchs format after editing
On the manage project page when you first add a new version the "Timestamp" value will by default be set to the current date in the following format:

DD-MM-YY and that date is used on the Roadmaps page as the date on which the version is scheduled for release.

1) That should be a separate value as the version is not always scheduled to be released on the same day as it is created.
2) If the same value is modified using the "Edit" option on the manage project on which the The date order is displayed in DD-MM-YY format, when you save the change the "Timestamp" value switches to YY-MM-DD.

This makes it confusing to set those dates correctly and the roadmaps are not sorted chronologically.

Also: you will get an Invalid date format error if you try changing the date to:
DD-MM-32
(see scheenshot attached).

Did you consider the warning for $g_datetime_picker_format https://www.mantisbt.org/docs/master/en-US/Admin_Guide/html-desktop/#admin.config.date ?
