Summary0025718: Exporting 'all' info from a ticket
Description

Hello.
I'm trying to determine if Mantis will be able to export all of the info about a ticket, including timestamp info and comments associated with a ticket before I go any further with this product. We are looking for a product whereby we can utilize for many departments like a 'help desk' but also be able to export all info entered into tickets - out to a xls or csv file. By being able to do this we would be able to quickly export all the tickets/cases - say for the last 14days or a month into an excel format and they quickly review them for issues. Being able to go into the program and 'drill down' into each potential issue would be too time consuming.

Some of the other issues or workflows and custom 'help requests' will be needed but we'll need to be able to do this first - before we go any further with the product.

Does anybody know if this can be done or not? I'm uploading a xls file which is similar to what we would want as an 'export' so you can review and advise of it's capabilities. Having it in the cloud would be preferred to us managing it - but we could also run the application locally on a new server here as well.

I recommend to checkout our demo at [1] and try if using CSV or Excel Export on "View Issues" page is what you expect-
