|Summary||0025778: Reset password emails not received for existing as well as new users and Forgot password is also not sending emails to the user|
We have upgraded Mantis to 2.20.0 but still facing this issues:

I had to use SMTP to get this working. Try testing with an SMTP account. If it works, then verify your sendmail configurations.
This is not a bug or feature request for MantisBT (you are asking for help on how to configure the system). I am therefore resolving this issue as "no change required".
