2.10.0 is not supported, please upgrade to the latest version (2.21.1 as of this writing) and check if the issue still exists (note that there's been significant changes to filters in 2.20).

If problem persists please provide detailed step-by-step instructions to reproduce.

Thank you @dregad. I just upgraded to 2.21.1 version but it still does not work. The reproduction steps are:

1. I created custom field call "File Name" to keep filename with full physical path e.g. "d:\Temp\Mantis\20190521\Files_for_2\architecture.html".
2. On view_all_bug_page.php, when I select one data in "File Name" field on the filter, \ is removed. Please refer screenshot.
3. And I got 0 search result always.
