Summary0027821: Changing ticket status to feedback and altering assigned to makes it assigned

When manually changing a ticket status from New to Feedback, and at the same time select a user to be assigned to, ticket status gets set to Assigned while it should be changed to Feedback.

This forces me to edit it once again and change status Assigned to Feedback to get what I want.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Have a ticket with status New and empty "Assigned To" field.
  2. Edit ticket.
  3. Change status to "Feedback" and "Assigned To" to any user.
  4. Status gets changed to "Assigned", field "Assigned To" contains the user selected.

Correct output should be status "Feedback" with field "Assigned To" set to the user selected.
