Description	Hello, After a migration from a windows 2003 server with MantisBT 1.2.19 on a Windows 2012 R2 server. I succeeded by localhost url : localhost/mantis/login_page.php Impossible to reach the url newmantis/mantis/login_page.php by a browser like chrome on a computer with Windows 10 Can you help me ?
