Summary	0031035: Access denied to assigned user
Description	After establishing a project with private issues by default, the users to whom they are reassigned from de developmen profile obtain access denied. how can i solve this problem? Thanks I follow the instrucctions described in https://www.smythsys.es/10008/incidencias-y-notas-privadas-por-defecto-en-mantisbt/ to make private by default de isuues of the project
